Beachfront vacation rentals in Eccles-on-Sea

Dunwich is a beautiful seaside village with an interesting history. Beach was good (by North Sea standards but be sure to either have feet like old boots or preferably a pair of swimming shoes. The house is perfect for a family get as ours was with grandparents, maiden aunts, youngish couple and a toddler. Everything you could need and more.

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. Very dog friendly and great for the beach. We have also stayed in Rowena Cottage.

Great place to stay for a few days with friends. Beach easy to walk to and house cozy. Local pub great and lovely local surroundings. We have booked our 3rd vist for next spring

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Lovely location! It was very quiet at night time, and a very short distance away from the beautiful dunes and dog-walkers beach. It was stunning. Really nice, clean accommodation- had everything we needed. Very comfortable soft bed! Thank you 💕

Just had the most wonderful stay at Penny’s place. Southwold is our happy place and this house is in the best location with great sea views and round the corner from The Nelson. Excellent communication from Penny.

we had a lovely stay in this really nice, large Airbnb, with everything needed to make our stay great. spotlessly clean and modern , Lovely hosts and would definitely recommend We was with our 4 year old granddaughter so the television package was excellent for us to keep her happy in the evening.

Booked for a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was super clean, and the furnishings were beautiful, made me feel right at home. Convenient features like AirCon and Laundry were a plus! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was 10/10 as well, right next to the beach, and all of the tourist attractions, which was great! Will certainly be staying here again!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

Amazing little place - so clean and tidy but still homely. Bathroom is lovely. Comfy beds and quiet location. So close to the beautiful beach and great food and drinks spots. Parking is on road but easy to get a space - we stayed May bank holiday and never struggled. Lockbox was easy to access and host was very responsive to any questions. The stairs are not as bad as I thought they would be - we stayed with two young children and didn’t struggle to climb with them. There’s a Premier 6 minute walk away which you can get your essentials at. We’d love to come and stay again for longer! Thank you Jaclina

We loved our stay at the Old Dairy , which was cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean . The surroundings are beautiful and the village close to many different beaches and being close to both Cromer and Mundesley lots of eating options too. We appreciated the cream tea and the dairy museum which our daughter found great fun ! The hosts Tessa and Rick are very kind , and were very understanding when we had car issues and had trouble getting home . Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Would highly recommend .

The views out to the sea are beautiful and ever-changing. This is a thoughtfully designed property in a lovely spot. The kitchen is well-furnished and it is useful to have the washer and dryer in the utility room in the basement.

Sally was an excellent host, she was responsive and very accommodating (I needed a late check in and she was happy to oblige) The property was exactly as described and the photos show. It was warm and cosy and very close to the beach!

We had a lovely stay in Beatrice cottage with our two children. Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the beach. Plus fish and chips, local shop, cafe and pub all within a stones throw. The cottage itself is small but very cosy and has everything we needed. Our 3 year old son loved the games cupboard - jigsaws, pens and pencils, games. Sinead allowed us to check in early when the cleaner was finished and provided a guide for lots of local recommendations, all of which were great!

Fantastic location, great views of the sea and the pier ( as well as the rain clouds ) . Very comfortable and spacious flat that had everything we needed. There was flexible check in and check out offered which we appreciated and some nibbles left for our arrival .
