In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The cozy "cottage Pfajfar" is centrally located and yet in a pleasant quiet location on the outskirts of the Norse region in the idyllic village of Guttaring directly on the bike path R7 C (bicycles are at your disposal directly at the house). A 800 m2 garden with fruit trees frames our cottage and is ideal for relaxing, grilling and pets. For grocery deliveries directly to the house, the local dealers are available to you. In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
