Cozy apartment with charm

DiegoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. As frequent Airbnb users, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail—everything from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities was thoughtfully provided. Communication with Angelika was excellent. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and clear. When we had a small issue with the apartment, she promptly sent her brother to take care of it—much appreciated! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walking trails nearby. The apartment is just a 5–10 minute drive from Wasserburg am Inn, or about a 45–60 minute walk if you're up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique and very cozy studio house

CarlaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Sika is a super sweet, funny, open and very interesting personality. My conversations with her were heartfelt and very inspiring. Just like the area and the accommodation: wide fields on the edge of the forest, in the middle of the small house. In between, there were always visits from the dogs on the terrace, the horses snorted in the background. Idyllic? Pure. ❤️
A view of the cabin's entrance is shown, featuring open double doors that reveal a cozy interior. Solar panels are positioned on the roof, while two window boxes display blooming flowers. A set of stairs leads from the grassy area to the welcoming doorway.

Our stay in Pfaffing was great! The apartment is superbly equipped, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. An Edeka and bakery are only a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Munich, which is perfect for a day trip. We can fully recommend this accommodation. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!

A wonderful apartment!

AndrésRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ample, peaceful, well-stocked, a great apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs with a balcony available. Khabi was a great host, we were checking in very late due to our schedule and we had difficulties locating the right spot without natural light, and despite the late hour he showed up to welcome us and lend us a hand. While Moos itself is very small, Mark Schwaben is close by going by car, with a few places to eat and shops, and ends up being only 9 minutes from the residence to its Park+Ride where we could take the RB40 or S2 to quickly get to Munich. The bed was low to the floor on top of a wooden platform which worked great for us, and the mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine saved our butts near the end of our trip. The only thing that was an issue for us was the small shower, which presented some issues for us but nothing too bad. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment near Munich and Erding on a farm

AnjaliRating, 5 starstoday
I had a wonderful time with my family at Barbara’s place. It felt like home right from the start. She was very responsive and friendly. She was there for us throughout and even helped us out during weekends when the public transportation was not so great. She and her daughter were so generous to drop and pick us up from the station. Throughout our 5 days we were very happy, had plenty of stuff to do at the place and even outside. The surrounding neighbourhood was very pretty and one can go in the evening for a pleasant walk. Overall I would say one should definitely think about coming to this wonderful place and it would be better if one can bring their own vehicle or rent a car. The local transportation is very good as well, but not that frequent so please keep that in mind :) Thanks a lot Barbara :))
