Vacation rentals with a patio in Eastleigh

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Very clean and comfortable, warm and lovely touches and wanted for nothing. The road was a bit noisy in the day but we were hardly there, but the important thing was, it was quiet during the night. Good location for exploring this beautiful area. We had the best time at Hannah’s place! One of the most relaxing breaks we have been on and we are twins parents, so that’s saying a lot! :) I hope my review can be useful for parents of toddlers/babies, as this lovely place is a dream for this age group. It’s massive, has anything you need and it has access to a massive field where kids can play for hours! Lovely welcome hamper which was very handy, kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and it’s equipped for cooking pretty much anything (we needed up enjoying meals at home both days). It’s a 7 min drive to Peppa Pig World, which is why we came in the first place. Few minutes to the lovely nearer town. The barn is so quiet, you can barely ear a thing, so lovely sleep. Can accommodate easily more people, as space is very big. Bathroom is fantastic, double sinks and a bath big enough to bath babies at the same time. Shower is Great too and great attention to details for towels, shampoo etc. I wish we stayed longer!

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

Sheralee's apartment is in an absolutely perfect location for enjoying a holiday in Sandbanks. The views are so beautiful and peaceful of the harbour from the balcony, bedroom window and living room window. There was everything we needed in the Airbnb and we loved eating dinner on the balcony as well as at the dining table in the living room. Would highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back another time. So lovely that there is such easy access to both the harbour side (we did kayaking there) and the beach side through the Jazz Café entrance to the beach. Also, having the Tesco Express as part of the same building was really handy to buy food from!

We absolutely adored staying at Naomi’s place! Within the first 5 minutes of being there I was ready to leave a 5* review. The hosts showed us round the property on arrival and we settled in to watching the amazing local wildlife - we saw the barn owl, deer, hares and swallows. The field out front was amazing for our two little dogs who have been asleep since we got home from all the excitement. And the interior of the property was gorgeous with everything you could need. The hosts gave us local walks and recommendations. We walked to the oak pub through the woods which we would recommend. We will definitely be back and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you 😊

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

We only stayed at The Annex for two nights while attending a nearby friend's birthday party so we didn't explore local places/restaurants but it was ideal for our requirements. It is quite a concealed entrance to the property so we missed it first time round but, once inside, we were warmly greeted by Sara and very impressed with our lovely accommodation. We immediately felt at home and both had excellent nights' sleep in our separate double bedrooms with Duck Down Duvets and Pillows. Bliss!! We would definitely recommend The Annex at Capers Lane and hope to return again one day.

Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

The photos looked good but in person this listing was even better. Lots of space, clean and homely. Very close to a wedding venue (The Barn at Avington) that we attended over the weekend which was super helpful too. Felt very safe, and a lovely location, garden and grounds. Jonathan’s communication was brilliant and we were even able to check in a little earlier which was super helpful too. Thank you for a fuss free, friendly stay. We would definitely consider staying again if we wanted to visit Winchester.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

The lodge was very large & clean. Easily can sleep 8 guests. The large tv was amazing & one in the bed was luxury. the queen bed was very comfortable. The garden is huge & my family came over & we all enjoyed playing outdoor games & the Pool table was a bonus! Great places to walk your dog nearby. Very private & quiet. I wished I could have stayed longer than just a couple of nights. I would definitely like to return again.

We had a wonderful couple of nights stay at Justina’s place over May bank holiday weekend. It has all the amenities to make your comfortable. Location wise its perfect and close to Southampton city centre. Justina was also kind enough to extend our check out by couple of hours. We would like to come again to her place

Amazing. From initial contact ahead of the stay, through to a proactive message ahead of arriving to ensure we felt comfortable / knew who to contact if we had any issues (we had none) , Penny was fantastic. The property is of a great standard, welcoming, private, well equipped and a perfect space for a quiet get away. I travelled with a friend but in separate cars, both mid size SUV - plenty of space to park on the drive. The breakfast cereals, milk, bread and jam were a lovely touch, as were the plentiful board games. We didn’t use the shared garden area, but, as per the rest of the property, this looked beautiful and a nice space to relax at the end of the day. Bottom line the whole experience was exceptional. 5 stars (and more if we could) Highly recommended.

We have had the most wonderful time, Sarah was a fantastic host and even left home made treats. She gave great restaurant suggestions, every one was delicious and left very clear information on local walks. The accommodation was even better than the photos. Finished to a really high standard with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It’s is so tranquil and relaxing, we absolutely loved the view across the field of sheep. Honestly me and my husband had the best trip we will definitely be back again.

River View was an amazing place to stay. It was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens at the back of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this as it was raining. The property matched the description on the website and was very comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing to stay near Salisbury and would love to return again.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

A very peaceful flat, on a quiet street, with everything you need. I was only there for one night but was very comfortable. I didn't meet Nicole, but she was always very responsive and helpful, even though I booked late in the evening for that night.

Loved our stay at Angela's place. Great location, really close to beaches and town, local restaurants and bars are great to have on your doorstep and it was easy to get out to the main road to explore further. The kids loved the flat, the garden is amazing, huge and such a great space to have! Would reccommend - thank you Angela!
