Wow! We had such a wonderful time at Mr. Roger’s place! The house was just beautiful and clean. The weather caused us not to be able to enjoy the pool and beach, but thats no fault of Mr. Roger! We will definitely book here again. Thanks again!

We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and we felt at home right away. The location was fantastic- private and peaceful but also very convenient to walk out the door and be on the beach in a couple of minutes. My favorite feature was all the amenities provided by the hosts- beach towels, laundry detergent, games and books for the kids, etc. Even just having access to a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand we tracked in was very helpful (and something we have missed in past Airbnb experiences). We would definitely recommend Richard’s place and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had the most amazing weekend. All of Kimberly’s recommendations were right on the money, and we were so impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and beauty of the home! Watching the sunrise over the water every morning from the front porch was heavenly!

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

We loved the house; cozy, nicely decorated, with many pieces of original art that really added character. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The location right on the water was wonderful, and Nancy provided kayaks, which we took advantage of. Our dog was beside himself with so much room to run. Nancy’s daughter and family live next door, and we spent quite a few hours enjoying conversation and local knowledge with them. We would go back again.

My family and I stayed here for a week for our family vacation. We are a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because with the beautiful view, dock, beach area, canoe, kayaks, hot tub, game room/ library, corn hole, and fire pit we all had plenty to keep us entertained. Everyone loved Mary & Shelly’s place, and it provided the perfect space for us to enjoy the river and each other’s company!

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Beautiful home within walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach and restaurants. Clean home with cozy feel. My son never wanted to leave the beautiful pool at the property. Would recommended to families!!

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at one of Rebecca and Sean’s VA Beach condos — and the experience did not disappoint! This is just a perfect location, at the very end of the Boardwalk, with a private grassy lawn and outdoor seating just for the condo residents. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Our favorite thing is the view — you look right out onto the ocean from the patio, and you can see the beach and the sunrise from the comfortable bed each morning. We spent unhurried hours sitting on the patio in the evenings enjoying the sound of lapping waves and the night sky. This cozy studio was just right for the two of us. Highly recommend. I’ve no doubt we’ll stay there again in the future!

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

This is my second time staying at this AirbnB and it did not disappoint. The place is super clean, and has an incredible view and location. Key is that if you love the Boardwalk, love the sunrises (5:30 am in the summer), this is the place to be. Perfect for two people who want to cook some meals and be on the balcony facing the ocean, all the time. The hosts are great. Five stars, no equivocation.

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

We had a delightful stay in the Waverly treehouse. We definitely recommend checking it out. The amenities and host were absolutely wonderful and the trip exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all, this house and the views are STUNNING. This was the first vacation that I have taken with my fiancé and our 2 pups, and we had the best time--it was such a sad day when we had to leave lol. We basically ordered Doordash and Walmart Pickups the entire time we were there and never left the property during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware you could need, there are kayaks and paddle boards for entertainment, and plenty of floats for relaxing in the bay. There is a little private beach within 1 min walking distance from the house and there is access to the water from the backyard. It had everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation with our pups. I am already working on convincing my fiancé that we need to go back in the near future. 10/10 would recommend.

We love the Haven on the Bay! This was our third year staying here, and we can't rave enough about how perfect a space it is for us. The waterfront view is incredibly peaceful, the sunrise is gorgeous, and the physical space invites great quality time for the group. Ashley was a very gracious host, and was very quick to respond anytime we reached out with a question. We even had the joy of seeing dolphins while we were roasting s'mores around the fire pit!

Kenneth was an exceptional host for the following reasons -provided great recommendations for food, adventure on & off the property, & everything in between -approachable when we had questions and/or curiosity -clear & prompt communication -such a cozy, welcoming restored smokehouse (smelled like cedar, oak, & pine in there..LOVED it) -very well kept & clean, his & her robes were perfect for the shower & towels, washcloths, & linens were ready & waiting - fully stocked with treats, coffees & teas -gorgeous property w/ amazing dock for casting a few & enjoying unreal sunsets - super peaceful & serene My husband & I had our mini moon here & it was a continuation of our dreamy marriage to each other. We loved our short stay at the Little Gray House. The view alone was worth the stay. The beaches are both easy walks and the area is lovely. Everything was clean and cozy and Bronwyn and Kat gave lots of information ahead of time, including some great recommendations. Would definitely recommend checking out The Hatchery and the Gwynn’s Island Museum on the island and spending some time exploring Mathews. We will be staying here again and hopefully soon!

This waterfront home has gorgeous views. The location is very private and peaceful. Our family really enjoyed fishing from the dock, playing yard games (we brought our own), and just relaxing. Our two-night stay was the perfect amount of time for us to recharge. I would rent the house again.

Incredibly peaceful, beautiful spot. The interior was so nicely set up—it really allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous views of the river. Kitchen is very well appointed, we didn’t have to go anywhere. Great, quiet area, enjoyed the tranquil evenings.

There is no better place for a relaxing time away with family (including dogs!). The hosts have taken such care to ensure that every need is taken care of and even added little touches to make the experience extra special. We had originally planned to explore more of the eastern shore, but we could barely get ourselves to leave the awesome property. Nothing prepared me to see such a great sunset on the western horizon from the east coast! What a delight! Most of all, and most importantly for us, the home was truly dog inclusive. We brought our two large dogs with us and the hosts had prepared for it all - covers on furniture, dog bowls at the ready, even dog towels and shampoo! We had an absolute blast at the little beach area and on the dock, but definitely do watch out and follow the host’s instructions to stay safe from the sharp rocks and steep dock stairs. The home is easy to care for with no unreasonable expectations from the host (like in some airbnbs). Check in and relax!
