Two-bedroom condo across the street from the beach. Closest beach access 1 block down, or vacant lot to access beach across the street. Access to house via 1 set of stairs, no elevator. Heat/AC, dishwasher, w/d, and deck. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs, toys, and towels provided. Quiet family beach, bay water is calm- perfect for children. Close to Norfolk military bases and ODU, EVMS, NSU, Virginia Wesleyan, Hampton University. Approx 25 min from downtown Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.

Poseidon - 120 Year Old Beach Cottage with Sauna

Poseidon was built as a cottage on dune line along the Chesapeake Bay in Willoughby Spit about 1904. Amenities include semi-private sauna gated yard court-side deck beachfront gazebo hot tub, court side patio, outdoor beach shower, beach pathways, fountain sculpture, Bocce Ball Court, outdoor recreational kitchen & shared sauna. The rental isnt on the beach-side of the property. The beach is 20-feet away. A walk around the building and over our private walkways takes you to the beach

This wonderfully decorated home is the perfect spot for a beach getaway with the whole family. Outside there is a backyard porch, perfect for socializing, and a sizable backyard protected by a fence that stretches the property! Free parking is available inside and outside the property. Beach access and free parking is located on 11th view street about a two-minute walk away!

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!!
