AMAZING place!!!! The coolest interiour, amazing staff, delicious food, amazing infinity pool. We had the best time here- wish we could have stayed forever. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen mit einem Begrüßungsdrink (frisch zubereiteter Papaya Saft). Danach würden uns die Koffer in das Zimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. 5 Sterne für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, das hat uns sehr beeindruckt. 5 Sterne plus gibt es aber für den Service. Man hat uns auf Nachfrage kalte Getränke aus der Stadt geholt. Der gute Mann wollte dafür nicht einmal höhere Preise als die aus dem Laden. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Abends würden wir mit Wassermelonen und Bananen bedient. Der Gute war immer hilfsbereit und für uns da, selbst bei unserer Abreise um 5 Uhr morgens immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Ich kann allen dieses Hotel empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für Alles!

We’ve had a lovely stay in a family cottage for 2 days....to start your day in the beautiful garden with a very nice breakfast was heaven, the place lies in the heart of the mainroad, so you’re close to nice restaurants ( try definitely their own restaurant ), the shops and the beach....

It was a really nice experience at Ella Alpine resort. Rooms are very clean and from the room there is a nice view to the mountains. Especially staff is very friendly and the location is few minutes away to the Ella town. Further the foods are very tasty 👌🏻

I wished there was a 6th star to rate this place. Honestly one of the most beautiful places we have been to. The view from the beautiful pool, the walks on the countryside from the house located on a remote location on the hills...will make your stay unforgettable. Magical place.

Stunning location and property, we had the most glorious weekend here. If you’re looking for something special to relax this is the place to treat yourself. Loved every minute!

Great stay here! Location was perfect, it is quiet and peaceful but an easy short walk to the busy main street. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts are full of local knowledge. The room is very basic but fine for a few nights. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a more than 30min tuktuk-car way from Ella town to the villa, but it deserved the long way to go. Far away from the crowded and just enjoy the nature! You don't need to check your phone and just watch the sunrise and sunset. It is the silent heart of Ella. This room is smaller than we expected, and Janakie introduced us another big and new villa 3km away.That is really a big surprise! We friends spent our whole day there feeling the valley and forsest , getting rest, chatting, swimming in the natural pool(be careful of the leeches!) and sharing dinner together. It is a treasure experience in Sri Lanka and also in our lives.

Enjoyed a week stay at happy stones. it was quiet and calm. there were few ants roaming around but I understood that it's due to the season and that's part of life in these beautiful hills. I loved spending time with the dogs, they became like my friends, walking around the hills together. Pansilu and the staff were super nice and friendly and helpful.

An amazingly beautiful place with friendly and service minded staff. We very much enjoyed our time here and can recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area. Food was amazing, rooms were clean and beautiful, the garden breathtakingly beautiful and staff very service minded.

Nous avons découvert un endroit magnifique, avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur les montagnes Sri lankaises. Une maison charmante avec un jardin exotique impeccable et un raffinement de la décoration. Chitra a été attentionnée, de très bon conseil, serviable. Il y a beaucoup de choses variées à faire dans les environs. la chaleur y est très agréable en journée et parfaite pour bien se reposer la nuit. Nous recommandons avec plaisir Happystone.

Amazing place to stay, the view was exceptional. Getting to the room was a bit challenging but great cardio, anyone up for an adventure can definitely try this place. It was super close to the downtown area, got good food and good recommendations

We had a fabulous stay at Forcus Cabanas. Everything was as described. It was a beautiful sanctuary away from the business of the surroundings. Close to the beach, easy to navigate around, fresh and yummy breakfast. Our family had a great time!
