From the cosy woodburner to the designer furnishings and large shower room with underfloor heating every corner reflects a commitment to modern living. Outside there is a lovely private patio with table and chairs to the rear and parking for 1 car at the front.

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

Top-rated, comfortable good value Victorian house very near to the historic centre of Frome. This house is a quirky family home which we are in the process of upgrading. An open plan living area and well-equipped kitchen the place is suitable for a family or a couple wanting to stay for a few days. The house benefits from fast WiFi and ample free on- street parking. Frome is ideally located for Longleat, Stonehenge, Bath, Glastonbury and other sites in the South and Southwest of England.

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). We are located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, which is part of the Longleat Estate. This is a family room which sleeps up to 4. price starts at 1. The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. Listen closely and you may hear the lions at Longleat roar! Tucked down a quiet lane, on the edge of Longleat Safari Park, The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage is a delightful bolthole. Stepping through the front door, you will be met with a spacious yet cosy open plan living space with a modern shower-room. The bedroom with private balcony occupies the entirety of the first floor. From here there are delightful countryside views. Outside there is parking for two cars.
