The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. This new house, finished in September 2019, it has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, and laundry. Huge front porch to relax on, and just waiting for you to come and enjoy! The house is located in the middle of two other short term rentals on the side of Missionary Ridge. It is a great centrally located area close to downtown and local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms.
