Vacation rentals with a patio in East Providence

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay in “the office” It was a perfect spot to stay for a long weekend exploring Newport for our first time. We were able to walk to two events that we had planned and all other adventures we had in store. I must say my favorite part was having coffee(keurig with kcups on site) by the window and the sound machine that was on site that was perfect for night time. They provided clear instructions for parking and entering. The owners were kind enough to offer us extended parking after our check out if we wanted to enjoy Newport a little longer! We have already talked about returning here!

Staying with Jacob and Payton was wonderful! These hosts were very proactive and friendly, messaging right after booking up until I left. The space was very clean, cozy, and private. The location was great too, very peaceful and beautiful! I would recommend these hosts to anyone looking to stay in Fairhaven!

The spot was right on the main strip in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was great security through 2 coded keypads. The walk upstairs was not too bad and the space was nice and clean.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend visit. Admittedly we didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice having a fridge and a place to fulfill our caffeine needs in the morning. The beds were fine - a full size bed is a little tight for 2 adults our size but our daughter found their bed worked well. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Had an excellent slice of pizza a few blocks away!

What a gem! Great location, super clean, and very welcoming. Bobby is a terrific host. Looking forward to going back!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Everything was exactly like the description. Very clean and great home. Communications with Lavonne was fantastic. The location was perfect.

Quaint little house close to Providence and Newport. Andres was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, it had everything you could need, and the backyard was my favorite. So peaceful. Sarah was very responsive and took care of an issue quickly. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in town.

I would give the Cottage 6 stars if I could! The place is really magical - every detail is so meticulously selected and beautiful inside and the location is so picturesque. My only complaint was the weather during my stay: it was chilly and rainy most days and we weren’t able to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. Steve and Dean were the most amazing hosts. They were so helpful and quick to assist. My in laws traveled with us and they were also blown away with the Cottage and care!

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

Repeat stay at Maria’s and again everything was as expected and more. House was clean, bed very comfortable, linens and towels clean and good quality. Maria’s house provides a home away from home. I definitely recommend her house when visiting the Providence area

This place was the perfect meet-in-middle place during our honeymoon. We started in Newport and finished in Block Island, but we needed a cool and cozy place where we could be absolutely at home while visiting family in the area and this was it. The house was really cool, with all its balconies and the loft style. The couches and big chair were so comfy. The bed was also the best bed we had slept in during our entire honeymoon as well. Jo Ann had also surprised us with a gifted champagne to celebrate and lots of delicious snacks. She was very responsive and welcoming. The home itself had lots of personality, including a lot of sweet family photos and charming knickknacks that made me smile. I highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on visiting again.

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice little spot with plenty of options to pull up a seat outside. Centrally located and walkable. Would recommend!

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Phenomenal Host – Highly Recommend! Our experience with Firas was absolutely outstanding. We booked last minute under stressful circumstances, and he was incredibly professional, understanding, and proactive from the very beginning. He made sure our check-in was smooth, even going out of his way to check in on us during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The property was just as described, and the checkout process was seamless. Firas truly went above and beyond — his communication and care made all the difference. We are very grateful and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.
