מאד נקי חדש ומבריק ומבריק..

Συγχαρητήρια για το σπίτι, την καθαριότητα και τον απιστευτο εξοπλισμό. Μείναμε δυο ζευγάρια για 3 ημερες και αισθανθηκαμε το χώρο σαν το σπιτι μας. Αξιζουν συγχαρητήρια στξν ιδιοκτητρια για την ποιότητα της εγκατάστασης και την φροντίδα του χώρου.

Our time there was lovely! The apartment is one of the best we have ever been. The amenities were plenty and the host was as friendly and kind as they can be !

Πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ! Καθαρός χώρος και σε πολύ καλό σημείο ! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα !

Είναι μια εξαιρετική επιλογή που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης! Πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο με όμορφα έπιπλα! Η Αγγελική ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική!

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie hatte ein besonders bequemes Bett. Atemberaubend ist der Balkon mit der Aussicht. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie nur für uns gemacht. 😍 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Unsere Vermieter waren wieder sehr freundlich und doch sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Problemen (wir hatten uns einen Grill gewünscht) wurde sofort eine Lösung herbeigeführt. 😊 Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder hierher. Alles bestens!

Very cozy apartment with a wonderful terrace, and great view to the town and the sea. Close to the center, bakeries, restaurants and walking area along the sea. Maria is a great great host, always supportive - thank you. We would love to come back.

Everything went pretty well!

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

A wonderful apartment right in the center of Nea Peramos. Nice furniture, cute decoration, everything was in very good order. Absolute recommendation from my side!

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, υπερσύγχρονος, φουλ εξοπλισμένος και εξαιρετικός. Είναι ακριβώς δίπλα από την κεντρική πλατεία ωστόσο το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ φιλικός, ευγενικός και συνεννοήσιμος. Οποτεδήποτε του τηλεφώνησα για διάφορες πληροφορίες απάντησε αμέσως και με προθυμία. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο κατάλυμα όταν ξαναβρεθώ στην Κομοτηνή.

Благодаря на Катерина за добрите инструкции, гъвкавото настаняване и готовността винаги да помогне. Апартамента е прекрасен, местоположението е страхотно.

Dimitra und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber gewesen. Ich würde immer wieder bei Dimitra übernachten. Das einzigste was nicht toll war sind die Motorrad rennen mitten in der Nacht gewesen. Aber da können die Gastgeber überhaupt nichts dafür. Danke bis nächstes Jahr. :-)

Paschalis son derece iyi bir ev sahibi. Tüm süreçlerde son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi. Evin konumu Şehrin merkezinde, ana caddenin hemen arkasındaydı. Tüm alışveriş yerlerine ve yeme içme mekanlarına yakındı. Ev tertemiz ve son derece kullanışlı. İki tane büyük çift kişilik yatak bulunan odası mevcut. Ayrıca Salonda da bir çek yat mevcut. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

merhaba, Gianni harika ve dost canlısı bir ev sahibi. evdeki esyalar yeni ve tertemiz. ihtiyac duyacağımız her sey fazlasiyla vardı. buzdolabındaki kahvaltiliklar icin ayrica teşekkür ederiz. ( kredi kartim kopyalandigi icin moralim bozuk olmasaydı bu evin keyfini daha iyi cikarabilirdim.)

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, uns fehlte nichts. Alles (sogar Jede Kleinigkeit) in der Wohnung, war gut überlegt und für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gedacht. Generell mit Geschmack eingerichtete Unterkunft.

Magnifique logement. Très très bien équipé! Très propre et moderne. Tout était clair et précis. Parfaite communication. Nous seront bien rester quelque nuits en plus. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Kim 🇧🇪

Chrysoula cok tatli ve cok dusunceli bir ev sahibi. Ev tertemiz, konumu guzel, bahcesi cok sirin, hemen onunde ozel otoparki var. Ihtiyaciniz olan her sey ama her sey sizin yerinize dusunulmus bir sekilde evde mevcuttu. Eve girdigimiz anda her yerde sekerlemeler ve atistirmaliklar vardi. Evden ayrilacagimiz gunun sabahi da cok ince dusunceli bir ikram ve hediye ile bize iyi yolculuklar dilemek icin geldi. Kendisini tanidigimiza memnun kaldik. Bu bolgeye geldigimde yine burada kalmak isterim umarim ilerde tekrar gorusuruz..

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, it has everything you would need, in a nice neighbourhood, the hosts were nice and polite. It's also really close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is that there were no parking spaces at the building. There were some free parking spots down the street, but keep in mind that there is a steep street that you have to walk through to reach the building. Overall we had a great time here!

Tasos harika bir ev sahibi. Evde her türlü detay düşünülmüştü daha önce bu kadar detaylı dekore edilmiş ve gerekebilecek tüm malzemeler bulunan bir ev ile karşılaşmadım. Evin konumu mükemmeldi sahile ve restoranlara 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Evi olması gereken saatten önce hazırladı ve bizi davet etti. Bizimle birlikte eve gelerek tüm açıklamaları yaptı. Seyahatin başından beri bizimle iletişim kurdu ve yönlendirmeler yaptı. Tekrar Alexandrapoli ye gidersek mutlaka Tassos un evinde konaklamak isterim. Herkese tavsiye ederim Herşey için çok teşekkürler Tasos.

If you are planning on booking this apartment you just have already checked the surroundings and activities around. So my two cents is just go for it. Maria was helpful in many ways. Check-in was effortless. Private parking was great. Even the neighbor lady next door smiled a kalimera to us. We had a great stay and I’m sure you will too!
