Vacation rentals with beach access in East Macedonia and Thrace

This was one of the best stays I had. The apartment is extremely central and very cute. Everything you would need is provided. You feel at home in an instant. Athanasia is a wonderfully attentive hostess. Her recommended shops and restaurants were also very helpful. It’s one of the properties I will return to, every time I visit Alexandroupoli. Great place to stay. Two minutes from the beach area and five minutes from shops and restaurants. Nothing was missing in the studio. Communication with the host for everything is continuous. I recommend for a holiday. Thanks to the host.

We spent 5 nights and it was magical. Excellent hosts and excellent property by the beautiful agean sea. The terrace is the centerpiece. Beautiful towns around for authentic Greek experience. Strongly recommended.

First of all, I would like to thank our host for responding positively to our request for an early check-in for a compulsory reason. The house was clean, well-equipped, with a very good working hot water and heating system, close to the city center and important places. Having a parking lot was a great benefit. Would love to stay again when I'm in town and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, we felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning.

Penelope and her mother's place was as we wished. Very warm hosts, a well-equipped apartment (especially the large, comfortable bed, the lots of space in the bedroom closets for clothes and the kitchen) and a garden that our daughter loved to play in and where we barbecued very often. A bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance. Penelope was always quick to reach, super friendly and gave us great tips, including for restaurants. Her mother, who lives on site in the same building, took care of us lovingly but unobtrusively and is very child-friendly. A very clear recommendation, we thoroughly enjoyed our time!!

It was a great stay. The place was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The morning coffee with that amazing view on the balcony was great! The host was friendly and helpful, they responded very fast. We will strongly recommend to our family, friends and everyone! :)

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

Fantastic place, don’t wonder book!

We had a wonderful stay as three adults and two kids. Very cosy, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, extremely clean home. We felt safe and secure. The beach is right by the place so great for morning dip before breakfast. Highly appreciated the two different types of coffee machines! Everything was immaculate from kitchen to bathroom also bedrooms. Thinking of booking again for next summer!

Great place and great host. We had to leave early but we enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy and there was available parking.

It exceeded our expectations! We were a bit surprised by the outdoor dining area but it was perfect for us. We would stay here again.

The maisonette is exactly as the photos. It has great terrace with view to the sea. It was very clean and the host is very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend the place!

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

It was a very clean and central house. You can walk everywhere. Small surprises were very good. Comfortable home environment, clean. You can park your car in front of the house. There are 2 separate double beds, families of 4-6 people can easily stay. Aliki is a very helpful host Thank you, Aliki

Chrysoula is a very sweet and very thoughtful host. The house is spotless, the location is beautiful, the garden is very cute, and there is a private parking lot right in front of it. Everything you needed was available at home, but everything was thought of for you. As soon as we entered the house, there were sweets and snacks everywhere. He came to wish us a safe journey with a very thoughtful treat and gift on the morning of the day we were leaving the house. We are pleased to have met him. When I come to this region, I would like to stay here again, I hope to see you again in the future.

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

This is our second time in this apartment. We felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very clean. It had a particularly comfortable bed. The balcony with the view is breathtaking. Every evening, sunsets as if made just for us. 😍 The apartment is located right on the beach. Fantastic! Our landlords were again very friendly and yet very reserved. In case of problems (we had wanted a grill), a solution was immediately found. 😊 We'll be back here a third time. Everything perfect!
