Fabulous place to stay everything was as described thank you Nadine for making our trip enjoyable we would definitely book again .

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

Having stayed at the accommodation many times before, we can’t fault it. It’s comfortable, homely & very affordable. Host is excellent & communication brilliant

Had a great time here, lovely caravan in a nice spot too, just out the way of people driving past but close to the walk to the beach. Really well equipped, clean, couldn’t ask for anymore and we will be back. The outside area and furniture was nice too, not your standard cheap fold out chairs!

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

What a fantastic gem to find. Loved the whole place and location, perfect for lovely dog walks along the beach, very peaceful and lots of wildlife in the garden. Comfy beds, clean throughout the property. Close to local amenities, the Trawlerman pub is very accommodating, accepts dogs in the pub area, we were lucky enough to have good weather and sit in the beer garden. Our 3 pooches loved their break away, so much so they have demanded we return!! Thank you for having us Allan. X

Wonderfully appointed caravan that was significantly larger than even expected! From start to finish, it was a seamless, stress-free experience that ticked all boxes. Happily recommend to friends, family and strangers alike 👍🏼

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

Clean, comfortable and homely lodge in a quiet part of the holiday park. Well kitted out from kitchen equipment to books and games. We didn’t use the park facilities but liked that it was walkable to the front and fairground which our children enjoyed. Also good location for exploring North Norfolk and near Sandringham. Plenty of good suggestions for local pubs and restaurants too - we loved The Orange Tree.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Staying in Kirsty’s caravan for the weekend was a much needed and lovely getaway. It had all the basic necessities we needed, and my son loved the caravan space to play in and explore. The area that the caravan was located was fairly close to the beach, and there were other activities that you could do within the area, I.e., mini golf/arcade. Kirsty was very responsive and understanding of certain situations, which we were thankful for. The only downside was that the games had missing pieces, however the rest of the stay was great!

Roberta was very accommodating from start to finish. The venue was perfect for us and the kids (aged 9 and 6) and the location, allowing us full use of the Haven Cleethorpes Beach holiday park, was amazing. Very responsive on communication with some essentials already there in the caravan, which was great. Shower was hot and beds comfy. No complaints at all :)

Really enjoyed our stay. Caroline's place was very clean, spacious, with all mod cons and well decorated. Beds were firm but comfy and kids loved the bunk beds. Great shower (always hot water) and kitchen well equipped for our week's stay. Whilst busy, we managed to park on the road with no issues. Flat is situated in an excellent location, only 5 mins walk to sandy beach and pier/amusements and the high street in opposite direction. Lovely park with swings 2 mins away. Only small negative (not the owners fault, but guess this is the challenge with house conversions and tricky to sound proof between floors) was we had a noisy family with young kids running around and (sounded like) jumping off furniture above us from 6.30/7am for the first 2 morning's, but the later guests we barely heard, so didn't affect our stay significantly. Caroline was very responsive to questions and friendly to deal with. Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing place, my son and I love coming here, beautiful, comfortable, everything you need to relax and the beach right on your doorstep. We will be again for another holiday next year.

Perfect little place ideally positioned for beach and town. Steven was a great host answered any queries promptly. The chalet was clean and tidy everything you needed for a quiet and peaceful stay . I would definitely recommend easy check in comfortable beds cooked most nights so all necessary utensils there. Town walking distance supermarkets also. Beach a real gem also a short hop over the dunes Thanks steven had a great time

Amazing stay at Damien’s caravan! Prior to booking Damien was so responsive and helpful in answering all questions, this continued throughout the stay. The caravan was in a great location, close to beach and bars, it had everything we needed! Great for visiting Skegness and Ingoldmells Prior to check in Damien asked if we could check in slightly later due to moving, this was fine by us. Damien explained that we could stay an extra night due to this, we thought this was amazing and the kids were so excited! The caravan was clean and the beds were so comfy. The price is amazing and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! We will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time staying in The Crow’s Nest. It was very cosy, very clean, well stocked with everything you could need and the welcome pack of goodies was very thoughtful. Amazing views and a lovely peaceful location. Would definitely love to visit again.

The chalet is a wonderful, quirky space, full of beach house charm. The large light filled living and dining space has everything you need. We particularly liked the well stoked games cupboard. It has two small bedrooms and a great bathroom with lovely hot shower and lots of towels provided. The kitchen is well stoked with everything you need and there is a sweet little porch and great storage room. The garden space was lovely and a proper little sun trap in the afternoon. Location is wonderful, you are tucked away at the end of "The Fitties" in a quiet corner, moments from the beach and the nature reserve. We loved being able to walk straght out from the chalet to explore. Stunning scenery and easy to reach Cleethorpes if you want a bit more excitement. Martin was super helpful with any questions we had and with check-in. We had a wonderful little last minute break and would love to come back.
