Vacation rentals with a patio in East Lansing

Homely and beautiful apartment, centrally located and responsive host. It was a great two weeks stay and highly recommend for family stay.

We had the most amazing stay! This place is super cool, very modern with great amenities. Bathroom feels like a Manhattan spa, draft beer on tap was a huge plus, bed was extremely comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly. Could not have had a better way to ring in the new year. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the location. Just outside of town so peaceful and relaxing. Lyn was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Would recommend this to anyone in the Mason area.

This is our second time staying at this place. We returned because we had a very pleasant stay last time. Needless to say, our stay this time was very pleasant and peaceful as well. The host, Caitlyn, is also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who would like to live a 10 min drive away from East Lansing!!

This was a perfect location to see everything we wanted to do in the city. We walked the Lansing River Trail down to the REO museum, stopped downtown for lunch and looked at the Capitol building. We hardly drove because of all the great walkable restaurants and sites. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a very nice remodeled home. It’s decorated nicely as well. The bathroom downstairs had great hot water and nice water pressure. I slept downstairs on the trundle bed and I slept really well. My son and his family stayed upstairs and the beds were comfortable. My grandson’s favorite part was the little kids room, they thought it was fantastic. The kitchen has an awesome gas stove and seemed stocked with whatever you may need. Activities and restaurants for adults and kids are pretty close and seemed to be centrally located for all our needs. The hosts were awesome and respond quickly. Definitely would stay here again when we come back to visit family.

We had such a comfy and happy stay at this lovely home while visiting MSU. This groovy house is situated in a leafy neighborhood about 18 minutes from campus. The beautifully maintained hot tub was a fun treat after a long day walking around campus. Of particular note is that is house is pristinely clean. One of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. There were also plenty of towels and linens which was very welcome. It should be noted (this is stated in the listing) that there is no washer/dryer. Also the three of the bedrooms were very comfortable but one of the large bedrooms does not have any heating. This would be fine in summer but in the early spring was very cold. I believe there is ac in the bedroom.

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was easy to get to and was in the middle of everything we needed. I recommend staying here. It was so peaceful and the backyard was so nice.

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. Ken was so accommodating. The home is in a more private suburban area, but so close to anything you need only 15 ish min to msu. he has everything you need. house looked just as good or even better than photos. loved the blackout shades. private driveway. quiet neighborhood. very great host. area felt very safe. communication was fast, but once I checked In I didn't need anything, but im sure if I did he'd be as responsive.

The place was excellent. we had a minor misunderstanding but that was fixed. the only other issues I had, he was told about. the home was clean and the description was clear and accurate. overall I would stay here again.

Clean and nice place. Perfect for week long stay

Our stay was great. My only complaint was Corporate Airbnb sent me more than 15 texts and emails expecting me to respond for each one. Would not rent another Airbnb just to not have to deal with numerous notification! Phone was blowing up during High School Graduation because of notifications, disturbing every one around me.
