Enjoy a tranquil break in our recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Dorset. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

The Granary

Benefit from far reaching views over rolling countryside from both the living area and master bedroom. The Granary is a charming contemporary conversion perfect for modern day living with its exposed beams and relaxed styling. Downstairs, you’ll find a farmhouse style dining table for four, and two large comfortable sofas around the TV. A fully equipped galley kitchen leads off this area. Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.

One of 2 huts, each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Located in a secluded spot behind our family home. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden; dog friendly.
