The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Ramsbury is a picturesque Wiltshire village in the beautiful North Wessex Downs. The Avon is a self-contained ground-floor chalet within the grounds of the former Crown and Anchor. It has free parking, a private entrance, private patio and access to the garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome; we simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and bed. A short walk takes you to The Bell pub and restaurant, the Post Office, scenic riverside walks and the renowned Ramsbury Brewery & Distillery.

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Lyde Cottage Wilton

Lyde Cottage, is a 3 bedroom open plan, fully accessible holiday let. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The Farm is criss-crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas and other farmyard animals.

Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Private annexe in picturesque Wilts countryside

Guests have use of Annexe to Prospect House on the edge of Pewsey Vale, Salisbury Plain and the North Wessex Downs. There are private entrances and gated driveway parking for added security. A separate room can be used for storage of bikes etc. You will enjoy a large living space of 20+ sq metres having an emperor size bed that can be used as twins. Cot and/or child bed can be provided for families. WIFI and Sky tv are complimentary.

The Schoolroom at the Old Chapel, Burbage

The Edwardian Schoolroom at the Old Chapel is a self-contained guesthouse for 2 adults located in the quiet village of Burbage, Wiltshire. The premises lie near the centre of the village making it easy to locate. There is plenty of off-road parking and to ensure your privacy during your stay, you have exclusive access to the gardens. The village has many amenities but most importantly, it is a very short walk to the village pub.

Brail Barn, Great Bedwyn

Our cosy Barn is furnished to a high standard and is situated close to the main house in nine acres of grounds and within walking distance to two idyllic villages which have excellent dog friendly pubs. It is ideally positioned if you are seeking a relaxing break with many stunning walks and bike rides. (Bikes not included!). There is an EV charger located at the Barn. Please note there will be a additional charge if used.
