This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay. Paynesville is stunning and the house is cozy and comfortable. The child safe a dog friendly backyard were perfect for us, this ensured a stress free stay on the water. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our recent stay at Hal's place. Communication: Promt and was always available Cleanliness: It was far better than the photos on the website. Very satisfied. Accuracy: Amenities: overall: Property is definitely exceeds our expectations than than what have advertised/on website. It was right near the lake and peer. Such a beautiful hidden town, so peaceful quiet and calm. Short walk to the town. We loved our stay. More than everything what maked it better was friendly hosts. Hal was very friendly and just because of that we would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this place especially for a small family with kids. You named it they had everything. We had a great stay at Danial’s place. The house is lovely with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. The beach is literally 1 min walking, it’s private and clean. We really enjoyed out stay here.
