What a wonderful place to stay. Donna was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. The house was spacious and luxurious with everything we needed and more. The property was part of a new estate and located close to Troon. Donna met us to check in and made the whole stay smooth, seamless and enjoyable.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. Lots of room for the 6 of us and 2 bathrooms with showers is great for a group our size. A real bonus to have free laundry facilities available during our visit to Scotland. Our host was very responsive to our needs and gave great local recommendations.

We enjoyed a great week at the Open Championship from Calum and Alison’s home. Calum was great in communication prior to the visit, they provided a very enjoyable welcoming gift basket and made special accommodations for our extra guest. The neighborhood was very attractive and the neighbors were very friendly and offered local advice. Overall, their home was very welcoming and exceeded expectations.

Beach lodge with Hot Tub

JosieRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Lovely home – very grand with high ceilings, spacious rooms, etc. only 100 meters or so down to the beach and easy access to shops plus lots of parking on the property. We had a really lovely stay with three couples from Australia. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough as a great venue for a group stay. Just found it a little hard to get in touch with the host the day before check-in but all ended up fine.
The exterior view of the manor house showcases elegant blonde sandstone architecture with two wings. A circular driveway leads up to the entrance, framed by lush gardens and mature trees, reflecting a serene and inviting atmosphere within its expansive grounds.

Tranquil, beautiful home with an abundance of character. We stayed for 5 nights as a family and just adored how at home we all felt hanging out in the kitchen, sipping our morning coffee in the garden room, playing games and enjoying a movie night in the sumptuous living room and we can’t believe how well we ALL slept. The mattresses in the beds are amazing!!!! Thank you Linzi for your responsiveness and for sending a high chair for us to use so quickly. Highly recommend !!!!!!

We had a fantastic time there! The level of comfort is 11/10 ✨ The place is so beautiful, all the details! Vinyl set a nice mood! Birdwatching is incredible here, we made a wee woodpecker friend hahah so pretty! The super king-size bed is amazing! We were looking for a place to chill and relax, and it was just what we were looking for. Easy to get a taxi there from Ayr.. and you have anything you need in the room. The wood fire outside, watching the moon and hearing the stream flowing by! 🤍🤍 Adam and Katherine, Thank you for creating this place and sharing it with us! You made it very special.

The Wee Lodge

AnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Loved our stay! The place was so cosy and peaceful with beautiful views. As described, we were next to the main house but felt really private and we loved to explore the surroundings. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. Our two dogs also loved exploring and going for walks in the farm. Louise was really helpful and allowed us to change our booking without any problems and gave us all the information we needed to find it. Would definitely recommend!
