Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

Excellent spot. Exactly as described: hot tub is indeed hot (and clean and works well), beds are very comfortable, it is easy manage temperature, the shower was great, and kitchen well stocked. All just perfect. Isabelle was very kind and helpful, too. Would recommend and would return!

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient—just a short 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls—which made day trips really easy. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group of four to six. My friends and I had an incredible time relaxing, cooking, and enjoying each other's company. The host, Candy, was outstanding—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Communication was quick and seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway near Niagara. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Check in directions were easy to follow. The neighborhood is really nice, close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Good house, nice private apartment. The unit is a bit old and the kitchen is very small, but it has everything you need and the host is very responsive and proactive. Parking was a little tricky to find, but the host gave very clear directions and photos to help. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom was very dark, letting us get a great sleep. The price seemed a bit high, but it was pretty nice overall.

I was skeptical at first to stay in a small town Airbnb instead of a hotel room. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, quaint and cutely decorated the space was. It was very comfortable and well stocked, would highly recommend staying!

This was great spot walkable to Charlaps… the best ice cream stand. I found the place to be exactly as listed and super comfortable. The hosts were also super flexible and responsive to me. We were staying while we waited for furniture to arrive and really appreciated that especially. Highly recommend for a stay in Hamburg

We loved Marks place. My husband and I rented it so we had a place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Nottinghill Farms this past weekend. Having Marks air BNB allowed us to have the perfect spot to get ready for our daughter’s wedding. Marks home is directly across the street from the venue. It was such a time saver. Our daughter and her bridesmaids were all able to have their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. Our hair and makeup ladies loved the lighting in the living room and dining room. The large master closet was the perfect spot for Emily to hang her gown. Thank you Mark for being an amazing host. We told everyone at the reception to definitely rent your place if they chose to have a wedding at Nottinghill Farms. From booking all the way thru until our checkout time, Liz has been a welcoming and helpful host. We were a group of nine visiting the Buffalo area for a UB graduation and wanted accommodations that were warm, inviting and most of all spacious for such a large group. We enjoy cooking and hosting and the open concept living space in Liz's space for our needs perfectly. the kitchen was well equipped and maintained, the appliances and cookware were like new and of excellent quality. Everyone in our bunch raved about our rental and loathed having to leave. Liz, we look forward to staying at one of your rentals in the near future! Thank you for helping us feel at home even when we are hundreds of miles away!!

We were looking for a one night quick in and out trip for a family celebration of life in Arcade. This place was convenient with a great location for what we needed. Wish we had found it sooner for when we came to town in the past!

This place was perfect! had everything you could need without having to pay for the big house price. it was close enough to everything you could need, and although the place shared walls with other apartments, it felt very secluded and private. will definitely be looking into coming back in the winter!
