At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Special B&B "Het Zevende Leven".

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. De Veenweide

The location of tiny house de Veenweide is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage is located on the edge of the Alde Feanen nature reserve. The area is great for cycling, hiking, boating, mountain biking, canoeing, birding and fishing. The Alde Feanen has a special population of plants and birds, including the sea eagle, osprey, bittern and kingfisher. In addition, chances are that you will see deer and hares running past from the cottage.

In this lovely cottage you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. For a stay in nature, you don't have to sacrifice anything in luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of! The compact kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and has its own deck.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Come and relax in our newly built luxurious and stylish guest house with sauna, for up to 4 people, in the middle of the Frisian Forests. Enjoy the view over the beautiful scenery. This is the perfect location to start your hiking or cycling trip. The Bergumermeer is only two kilometers away, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the waters of Friesland at the Blauwhoek recreation area. Lots of privacy in a natural environment.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

In the middle of nature; De Ooievaar + Hot tub (optional)

Next to our small nature campsite (this is only open during the summer holidays) is a beautiful vacation home in the middle of nature. Jurjen has made the cottage all by himself and made sure that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.
