1 bedroom apartment in Country house, great views

This was our second stay at Fiona’s place and we loved it just as much as the first. The location is so beautiful and the views from the window are perfection. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets were so luxurious that we looked at the label on the bedding and ordered the same ones before we left! We were within 25 minutes drive of Buttermere, Crummock Water, Derwent Water and Bassenthwaite, all of which were amazing swim spots. Fiona is very friendly and was available to answer any questions we had. We will be back next year. 😊

Absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous house tucked away with beautiful views. All the hiking and swimming spots we wanted to visit were a 30 minute drive at most in the Lake District and plenty of places to eat nearby. We were recommend Kirkstile Inn and we had a lovely meal here which was only a 15 minute drive. The hosts were very warm and friendly and the place itself is just beautiful with everything you could need. I could not recommend this place enough and would love to come back to explore more of the Lake District. I wished we could have stayed longer

An absolute gem of a place, this was everything we needed for our stay and more. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and provided plenty of little touches to make us welcome. Plenty of friendly, clear, and responsive communication made things very easy for us in check in and check out. Only wish we could have stayed for longer.
