We are about 30 mins due east of Hobart Airport. Location, Location, Location! Eaglehawk Neck is the gateway to the Tasman Pensinsula, and this cottage is the perfect base to explore Port Arthur and Tasman National Park. When we purchased this property in February 2020, the real estate described it as being "cute as a button"! Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area and bathroom, and a sun-drenched covered courtyard. Upstairs there is a large bedroom complete with a Juliet balcony with glimpses of Eaglehawk Bay.

Our property is situated above the Lufra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, and is a mere 5 minute walk to both Pirates Bay Beach and Tessellated Pavement. The popular tourist attractions of The Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen are an 8 minute drive away. The Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20 minute drive south.
