Cottage vacation rentals in Eagle Point

Lovely place. The directions from the host are very helpful-our GPS alone got us close but not quite there. One quick warning-the bathroom doors are sliding barn style doors and don’t lock. This is absolutely fine if you’re with other adults-they stay closed if you leave them alone-but a child, or in our case, a small dog with separation anxiety, can leave you with some unexpected exposure that could be a little awkward. I was very glad we were meeting family, not staying with them. That aside, the cottage was lovely. It has a small fenced area that was awesome to let us and the beasties hang out off leash.

The house and location was amazing! What an awesome back yard right on the river, huge deck and clean hot tub and bbq. We will definitely be visiting here again when we're in town.

This property is breathtaking. The sunsets over the vineyard is incredible. Agnieszka in the winery is wonderful. The cottage we stayed in was updated and clean. The host was flexible and everyone on property was welcoming and knowledgeable. We stumbled upon a member dinner and it was magical. The beds were comfortable we had great water pressure! Would highly recommend. Will absolutely visit again.

I had a wonderful time at the carriage house. Margaret has put a lot of attention into the details to make this a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I could happily live there. Our hosts were delightful, accessible, and made us feel quite welcome. It was great to be at a location where we could park our car and walk to restaurants, Lithia Park, and the OSF. The garden was a treat and a delightful place to relax. I hope to be lucky enough to book it on my next visit to Ashland!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We had some mishaps with our car on the way and while we originally planned on checking in at 4pm, we couldn’t arrive until 10pm! Thankfully, Jane was AMAZING and very kind about the situation. Her warmth did not go unnoticed!! Although we got in late, we were able to enjoy the fire pit for a bit and sat out under the stars. It really helped with de-stressing from our chaotic day. We also tried making dinner.. but since we arrived when all the grocery stores were closed, we basically ate for survival since we were missing most of the ingredients for the lasagna we wanted to make haha! The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed - there was even a griddle plate on the stove!! We will use that next time! We are looking forward to coming back so we can enjoy all the amenities and land to the fullest. :) Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful sanctuary, Jane and Tom!

From watching the sun rise with my coffee in the morning to watching the sun set with a glass of wine in the evening, Mary's cottage was a peaceful country getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a month to explore Ashland because we plan to move there and wanted to make sure it was a good fit! We loved Ashland, so much live music, nice people, nature to hike! This airbnb was perfect while we explored! We could walk down to the plaza and coffeeshops, restaurants all within walking distance. The space had everything we needed for an extended stay! I would definitely recommend!

what a beautiful location. river view was beautiful, river access is a little tough, but managed. Steve and Jayne are super friendly and although they live above, we really never heard them. It was a great stop for our mini Vaca and would love to revisit.

Sherry’s place was great. It was conveniently located a few minutes outside of town. It was close to the Oregon caves and the redwoods as well. Place is cute and quiet, surrounded by beautiful fields. Thank you! Sherry and Mike

We loved our stay. I was very comfortable and the parking was a dream!

Loved staying here! Really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the dishwasher -- we did most of our own cooking on this trip. Very comfortable for the three of us (me on my own this time, with married friends). Well-designed layout -- private and quiet for all of us. Plenty of lounging space and we enjoyed the Roku TV/streaming in the evenings. Easy, quick drive to our event venue (the fairground buildings), and we loved the EV charger in the garage since we took my friends' EV for this trip. Worked out really well! Enjoyed sunsets from the small deck, and even painted out there one evening when it was still warm out (we were there for the Watercolor Society of Oregon's spring convention). Would wholeheartedly recommend Sheri's place for a stay in Grants Pass. It's close to town, which has lots of good places to eat, shop, see wonderful art galleries, etc. If I'm ever back in Grants Pass I'd love to stay here again!

We had a peaceful time. Our niece got married on the property. We could easily walk to the big farm house and then walk back to the cottage. The beautiful bamboo blocks all the noise from the road and the guests at the other house. It is a lovely setting and very comfortable.

This was our second visit to this property. Our first one was just for a night, I think; this time we had 4 nights, and it holds up for a longer stay. It's a quiet and peaceful spot at any time; this time the hosts were away, so we had the entire property to ourselves. The location is simultaneously rural and isolated, and conveniently central to Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Medford, and Jacksonville. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is compact, but not frustratingly so - we were able to do the amount of cooking we wanted without issue. The whole space worked well. We enjoyed are stay and would be happy to return again.

Great little cottage within walking distance to all that the charming town of Jacksonville has to offer! Best part is being able to hear the music from the Britt Festival right from the patio. Loved that Margaret provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location just off the Main Street (so quieter than staying in the hotel), and easy walking to the Britt fest. Super cute inside, with thoughtful hosts who gave us an early check in and treats when we arrived. Comfortable bed, private balcony area, wonderful soaking tub. We stayed in the Tigers Den because we knew we’d be eating out and wouldn’t need the kitchen. Perfect for 2 people! We would absolutely stay again.

Great neighborhood in Railroad District. I was impressed how quiet it was given the proximity to downtown Ashland. Easy walking to the theater, Lithia Park, Ashland’s exceptional food coop, and many choice restaurants and bars. I would happily stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable, and great location to walk everywhere in charming historic Jacksonville. Would highly recommend!

We were traveling for a family event and the location was perfect for our stay in Central Point. The house is very nice and equipped well. The bed is amazing and we had a great nights sleep. We will remember this place when we have to travel back to Central Point.
