The house has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, open dining room/living room, and laundry facilities.

Cabin Cove By the River

Take a step back in time when you enter our little log cabin by the river. Built in 1949, this cabin is a replica of the log cabins built by the gold seekers of Alaska. Though modern in most aspects we have retained the native charm of unfinished wood, rough, hand-hewn logs and naked beams. The inspiration for the cabin was found by my great grandfather who spent time in Alaska working on the Alcan highway.

Swinging Bridge Cottage

Overlooking the historic swinging bridge, on the Iowa River, this newly-remodeled guest house features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a furnished kitchen that's open to the living area. The large living room windows look onto the landscaped private backyard and the river. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, the house is perfect for a relaxing weekend, or for a get-together of family or friends.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

This is a beautifully, remodeled home with a shared backyard space that includes an inground heated pool and 2 Hot Tubs for summertime fun! One Hot Tub and the pool is closed for the winter. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. 3 bedrooms, electric fireplace and 2 Smart TV’s. Everything you need for a nice relaxing stay.
