Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eagle County

We had a last second need and were able to access the house within 20 minutes of booking. It was perfect for a couple days of skiing. Great location, plenty of room, and an all around great stay for our family of 7.

Easy check in at the front desk. We’ve stayed here before (through hotel). Joshua made it all easy for us. Overall great trip!

We had an amazing stay in Vail! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and felt just like home. It's located in a quiet area but still very close to town, which made everything super convenient. There are also some incredible trails nearby that we really enjoyed exploring. Our hostess was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. We’d be happy to come back again—highly recommend!

It was the perfect stay for our family of 7. There was something to do for everyone and plenty of room. The condo is perfectly located from the ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. Everything is very close and walkable.

We loved our stay at the Larkspur Lodge. The lodge was everything our party needed. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We had 3 adults and two little kids. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our little ones had books, sleds, etc. This was our first time in Vail and we enjoyed exploring the village and the skiing was outstanding. Thank you!

Highly recommend staying here! Booked a small weekend vacation for my family and couldn’t have enough good to say. The place was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking Mountain View’s from all around. The caretaker as others have said was very friendly and attentive to any issues. Very peaceful and quiet place for any occasion.

Excellent location between both resorts and Shannon is always available for any questions. Place is very clean and cozy and right on Fairway 11 on the golf course .

Fredy was incredibly accommodating and the space was comfortable. We picked this spot as it was close to family despite it being bigger than we needed. This would be a great find if you had a bigger group.

Easily walkable to the gondola. Nice, clean, big 1 bedroom with large windows for natural light. Can sometimes get noisy early in morning with trash pickup and snow plows keeping the parking spaces available. Otherwise it’s incredibly quiet and secluded. Perfect for skiing and staying outside of the hotels and resorts. Well heated. Can walk to everywhere in Avon. Would stay here again if visiting beaver creek! :)

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and it was perfect for our family vacation! My family enjoyed the large yard, stream by the house, and the lake. Great location for a vacation that is close enough to get to Glenwood’s amenities (like the hot springs and the adventure park), but located in the valley with cute small towns of Carbondale and Basalt. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that's very close to the village and private covered parking. You're right along the highway, so expect some road noise at night. We didn't have a great time with the internet situation, it speed tests fine, but I was unable to even send emails without errors and daughter had problems playing anything requiring internet on her tablet at night. TV streaming worked fine. Odds are you're not here for the internet, everything else was amazing. Thanks!

Elizabeth’s place in Lionshead Village is a total gem! Perfect ski-in/ski-out spot, just steps from the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The condo is cozy, well-stocked, and super comfortable after a day on the mountain. Plus, it’s an easy stroll to Vail Village if you want to explore more. Elizabeth was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Can’t wait to come back!

Sue was a great host. The place was clean and as described. The area is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay there. The Après Cafe next door has great food. The gym and pool were excellent and nice to have right there. I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay, and the condo was exactly as advertised. Everything appears virtually brand new! Robert was very helpful and responsive. He had very clear instructions for the check in process. Would stay again!

Great spot and exceptional service and value at this Airbnb with ski valet services available for guests and ski in/out location with a gondola and lift within 500 feet.

We enjoyed our stay. We got unlucky with our week being when blacktopping was scheduled and we had to park at the entrance to the neighborhood and walk to the house. It wasn’t a big deal. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor table could be bigger with the number of people the house holds…probably only an issue in the summer We were appreciative to have a gas grill and used it several times. We enjoyed being able to use the pool and pickleball courts after our day activities. We only used the hot tub once as our weather was pretty warm. I’m sure it would be used a lot more in the Winter during ski season. I expected a shorter walk to the village. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the house. There is a shuttle stop near the house but we just walked or drove to the village.

This place was perfect for the short weekend of skiing. Walkable to Eagle Gondola, ground level and steps to the heater pool and hot tub. Private parking for the car and walked to restaurants and then the quick 5 min in town bus to bail village when we wanted. The space was clean and as advertised and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend for group stay to ski at Beaver Creek. First, the place is very modern and clean. Each room had its own bathroom and we needed the multiple beds. The only drawback is it is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs. The location is convenient as the condo shuttle picks up outside the door and takes to Avon Station for Gondola to slopes. Or, walk 2 blocks to pickup the Skier Express Bus to get to Centennial Village. Very helpful to have options. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Our stay was very good. We enjoyed the place and the location. Kimberly was more than helpful and friendly. Overall, the place met all of our needs. Just as a side note, the inside of the kitchen cabinets and underneath the furniture could use a good cleaning. Everything that is routinely cleaned looked great and we were very satisfied. Thank you.
