The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

A comfortable and modern (completed in 2016) ground-floor apartment for two guests (+ a 165-cm junior bed), located in a detached cottage in an old park that is part of a large (36-hectare) private former mill settlement, “Uroczysko Połomja,” situated in the Jurajski Landscape Park. The area of the cottage is 47m2, including a double bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed (2 people), a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a room with a wardrobe and a junior bed. We invite all those seeking peace and relaxation to the village of Łebki. It is a tiny, sleepy village located deep in the "Lasy nad Górną Liswartą" Landscape Park. A real gem. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away. Some people can get lost. The air here is clean, the ground is soft, and the neighbors are nice. You can really get a solid run, ride a bike, take a walk, and do a little bit of everything. During the season, you pick mushrooms, berries, and blueberries. The nearest buildings are a few hundred meters away.
