Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

This was absolutely perfect for two people. Very convenient to the beaches. The hosts were great and were available to introduce us to the home. If I find myself in Jacksonville beach again I would definitely book with them again.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

Highly recommended! This was my second time staying at this wonderful little cottage. Excellent location! It truly was like a sanctuary for me during my time in Jacksonville. For the price and location 10/10 hands down. I have stayed at many hotels and small Airbnb solo by myself visiting family in the hospital. This was by far my favorite! I felt safe! It was so quiet! All the amenities I wanted plus! Wonderful little back porch, butterfly, hoot owl. Host was kind and friendly. This place would be ideal for couples. Has a little spa like feel. Very comfortable! Tyler and Ericka are perfect hosts. Every time I texted them they responded within minutes. The home was perfect with lots of extra amenities. Kitchen was fully furnished as well as the bathroom. Large flat screen tv in comfortable living room. I would highly recommend renting from Tyler and Ericka.

Love the full kitchen and balcony off of bedroom; perfect for intimate outdoor dinners from your favorite curbside restaurant. Spacious living aera and huge closet, quick proximity to Expressway.

This has been my absolute favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at! It has the most beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, and sweetest animals. At my arrival, everything was clean, accommodating, and welcoming. The tiny home exceeded my expectations, I absolutely loved it! Angela was very responsive, as well as informative. I felt at home throughout the entire duration of my stay, and if I ever need to book an Airbnb again in the area, I will rebook with Angela.
