We have a 110 sqm apartment in our house for 4 people. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in the living room and in both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.
