Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. I'm Heiko Beck Kos, freelance artist, traveling a lot with my little family. It is our home and not an investment property, set up as a unpersonal airbnb apartment. We want to make this special place full of life, stories and love available to other lovable people. My studio and shop is right next to a movie theater, cafe, art studios and galleries.

The centrally located property is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor), in the Pempelfort district, in a small & less busy street. When walking through the Hofgarten, you can reach 20 minutes in the old town. Public transport as well as the main train station, restaurants, REWE, ALDI are nearby (e.g. Rethelstr.).

The apartment is on Bismarckstr. Located about 30 meters across from the main train station. So you can't live any closer to the main train station. There are countless restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. In the main station there is a supermarket that is open 24/7 and many other shops.
