Willkommen in der Waldheimat! Unser Haus liegt auf fast 1000 Meter Seehöhe am Waldrand im Luftkurort Semmering. Wir haben 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine große Küche auf insgesamt etwa 320m2. NEU: Gratis Shuttle während des gesamten Aufenthaltes für alle wichtigen Ziele in der Umgebung. Daher Anreise und Aufenthalt auch rein öffentlich möglich! Das nächste Ski-Gebiet (mit ausreichend Parkplatz) ist 5km entfernt. Für Kinder haben wir ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer.

Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Von der Küche aus gibt es eine kleine Terrasse und im Obergeschoss den herrlichen Verandabalkon mit Blick zur Rax. Um das Haus herum erstreckt sich ein großzügiger Garten, in dem man im Sommer grillen kann, oder einfach unter dem alten Apfelbaum die Seele baumeln lässt.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Dieses neue Haus hat eine künstlerische, minimalistische Architektur mit einer wohltuenden, beruhigenden Atmosphäre. Wir schätzten das Fehlen von überflüssigen Gegenständen oder kitschiger Deko. Das Haus steht inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Der Ausblick war fantastisch, es braucht keinen Fernseher. Die gemütlichen Schlafplätze waren hochwertig und hatten große Bettdecken. Es gab viel Ruhe, obwohl an dem einzigen Nachbarshaus manchmal gebaut wurde. Da es im Mai morgens früh hell wurde, waren einem von uns beiden die Möglichkeiten zur Abdunklung etwas zu gering. Dem Gastgeber liegen seine Gäste wirklich am Herzen, er war immer proaktiv, sehr hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Wir reisten ohne Auto und für die letzten Kilometer funktionierte es gut mit dem Rufbus (Telefon oder App). Der Rufbus hat bestimmte Betriebszeiten und einen zeitlichen Vorlauf. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen sind einige Fahrten sogar kostenlos (Taxis sind horrend teuer).

WOW this place is amazing - incredibly special- we wish we had longer here, The amenities - the bath- the balcony- the view- the sauna - the area - all incredible. Definitely do go here to experience such peace. We would love to come back

Everything was great, looked like the photos, only downside was that the flat was located a bit further from the road so we had to walk a bit but apart from that i highly recommend!

Stefan was a very nice host, responded promptly and personally welcomed us at the house. The place was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The location is very nice and quiet with a pretty view of the mountains.

Gemütliches Almhaus in Alleinlage, Mürzzuschlag

Das Haus liegt in völliger Alleinlage, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bergflanke auf der anderen Seite des Tals, in dem Mürzzuschlag liegt - kaum Häuser zu sehen, überall Wald - abgesehen von Kuhglocken und Vögeln völlige Stille. Das Haus ist historisch, aber nagelneu renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und geräumig. Die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer und der Küche machen sich sehr gut. Der Garten um das Haus ist schön, samt Bank, Liegestühlen, und einem Brunnen mit Trinkwasser, traumhaft. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Schuppen, im ersten Stock dieses, und des Hauses gibt es Privatwohnungen der Besitzerfamilie - wir waren jedoch allein und ungestört, ich vermute, dies wird meistens so sein. Der umgebende Wald ist dicht und naturbelassen, in 30min Entfernung mit dem Auto gibt es gleich mehrere 3D-Bogenparcours, zwei davon kenne ich (EAT, Komantschen) und sind sehr zu empfehlen. Michale, unser Gastgeber, war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Empfehlung!!

Naprosto vyjíměčné ubytování, soukromí a prostorné zázemí, domácí kuchyně v rodinné restauraci, zvířata - kozy a králící - možnost krmení, pro děti venkovní hřiště i hry v rámci ubytování. Výhled na hory. Za nás jako rodinu s malými dětmi jedno z nejlepších ubytování vůbec.
