We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy living area. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean with all the necessary toiletries. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony, which made for some incredible sunsets. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local spots to visit. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay during their holiday

Spectacular views and very secure estate . Apartment itself is very well equipped and really is a therapeutic getaway would definitely recommend this place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Host are very responsive and accommodate most requests . The welcome board is a good touch good gesture.

The place is great, had amazing views of the ocean from the pool and is in a peaceful environment. There’s also a hiking trail which you can use to get to the beach. I loved the room as it had all that you would need. The host was very friendly and proactive as I could easily extend my stay.

Worth every single cent. Beautiful unit. So much more then just a place to sleep. From beach chairs and umbrellas to swimming towels. We were extremely impressed with this unit. Yes lots or stairs I have MS and I am pregnant so was a little challenging but so so worth it. Amazing spot so well thought out. Definitely seeing us again.

What a fantastic stay we had this weekend! The place is big, spacious, and spotless. A huge thank you for the thoughtful welcome gifts of water, energy drinks, and bars—it was perfect, especially with the hubbys running the Comrades marathon. And how did you know that a washing machine clothing hose would be exactly what we needed too? Everything was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend it for traveling families.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The place was lovely, the sunlight that comes in lights up the place beautifully and it was so clean. We enjoyed the facilities on the estate. Chanique was such a stunning host, extremely friendly and was available at any time for questions.

Lovely unit in the Balwin Ballito Hills estate. Everything was on point and almost felt like home away from home. Smart home control by Alexa took some getting used to, but fun and convenient to use. Unit has everything to ensure a good long or short term stay. Domestic came in twice a week. Even helped with personal laundry. Security is tight and access control took some effort to get working but once set up properly worked effectively. We made good use of the estate pool, cafe, padel courts. Owner was easy to deal with and he responded timely when texted. Will definitely return if required.

Sheneen is a great hos, very responsive and friendly. The apartment has lovely book collection, a clean and tidy lounge and kitchen, spacious bedroom and nice balcony. Would definitely recommend it.

Very clean house and had all the utensils, towels, cleaning materials etc. that you need for a long stay. There is an aircon in the house as well that’s not listed! 🙏🏼 Dylan is quick on replies and was very helpful.

Great stay, lovely location in Sibaya short journey to Umhlanga and a nice trail/cut through to Umdloti. Place is as seen in pictures and the complex is even nicer. Really good hosts always helped when we needed and gave us refresh cleans throughout our stay. Would recommend a short or long term stay here!

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

It’s an extraordinary place, and staying at Wendy’s stunning home will make your experience even more special. Having visited Simbithi multiple times, I can confidently recommend this property. Wendy’s home is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos—secluded enough to feel private, yet conveniently located near everything you might need. A truly wonderful stay—highly recommended!

Leigh’s home is wonderful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck into the the forest was so serene and peaceful. Leigh was a perfect host. She responded promptly thought our booking. Location of the property was perfect, close to shops and lots to do in the area for families. Thuli, the housekeeper was such a help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Leigh’s and would definitely book again.

Our family vacation at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The house, located in a secure estate with beautiful wildlife, provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Shops and beaches were within a convenient 10-kilometer radius. The host's generosity in allowing our kids to play with the toys was a heartwarming touch. While the security rules can be strict, the host's provided code helped to mitigate potential inconveniences. We experienced some minor issues with network coverage (this is somehow mitigated by wifi access and is not in the control of the host). The helper (cleaning lady) was amazing and we appreciated having someone to ask questions regarding the house. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and we would recommend this accommodation to families seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s gorgeous home. It was immaculate. The amenities kept the kids entertained the entire stay. Kristin was always accessible to us to provide guidance and support. The pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute dream. Thanks Kristin, we’ll be back!

Had an amazing stay and met our requirements perfectly. It was a beautiful house, with a lovely outside area and pool. Very peaceful yet in a good location for shops / restaurants etc and Braden was really responsive when we reached out to him. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful house to others and we will sure to book again when we are next in Durban. Only suggestion I would make is to leave some basics on arrival like bread / juice etc but overall we loved staying here

Chantal has a lovely house which is built to relax and chill or socialise and entertain. The facilities exceeded expectations, the photos just don't do it justice. Gas BBQ and Stove meant that no meal was interrupted by Eskom. The Folding stacking Doors/ Window on the Patio and Kitchen meant that you could prep food and socialise simultaneously. The Industrial themed Decor and finishes were stylish and functional. Their home had ample room and with 10 people it never felt cramped. The kitchen had all the amenities one could ask for. While the beach isn't for swimming, it was quite clean and beautiful for a peaceful walk to take in the crashing waves and ocean breeze. Thanks Chantal.
