This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

There is also a large couch which is more comfortable than the futon bed. 2 miles from Dunwoody Village, 3 miles from Mercedes Benz Headquarters.
