This place was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend. As someone who’s done lots of travelling, it makes me so happy to find gems of places to stay like this. The house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were as clean and fancy as a hotel, but there was way more space than a hotel, so more bang for your buck. The kitchen was filled with extra ingredients such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, onion powder, etc. in case you forgot to bring some for cooking. The host was very nice and approachable. He made sure everything was stocked up and arrived for us. Altogether would definitely come again.

The Blue Cottage was the perfect retreat and base camp for a series of race days at Devil's Glen and Georgian Peaks for our daughter. The views, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, a field to hike with our dog, and seeing deer grazing were gorgeous. We have stayed here twice, and the hosts have taken the time to make updates to the bathrooms and linens, and small touches like new shower curtains and pillows were really noticeable. It was bright, sunny, and absolutely spotless. Super helpful to find parchment paper, saran wrap, and tinfoil stocked up as the location is in the country outside of Collingwood and a great place to prepare and cook your own meals. The Nottawa General Store on the way into Collingwood is a great spot to stop for a drink.....pick up prepared meals, fresh vegetables, and micro-greens and is only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Cathy's place is wonderful. The home is open and spacious with a great layout. Everything was comfortable and just right. The home is in an ideal location to get to both Wasaga and Collingwood and also right in town if need anything. I would definitely book here again next time I am in town. Thank you Cathy!

Diane was welcoming, easy to communicate with and understands hospitality. Everything that was needed for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful stay was provided. Loved the linens, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Honestly, this place far exceeded what we needed. thank-you Diane for sharing the gift of hospitality with others.
