The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

Strand, Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located cozy, small apartment. Everything is in the immediate vicinity , whether bakery, farm shop, Edeka or cinema. You can get to the beach with our bikes in less than 10 minutes to the bus on foot in 1 minute. The kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare your own food, otherwise the restaurants are not far away. The price is always added to the spa tax, currently 2.60 per day per person.

In our cozy, bright and lovingly furnished apartment, close to the beach in the beautiful Friesendorf Utersum, you will find peace and relaxation for the whole family. The apartment is an animal-free non-smoking apartment that is furnished with allergies. In the quiet garden you can relax and enjoy the hours and your children try the various play opportunities. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
