A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. Situated in a quiet private road in Lower Shiplake within a 5 minute walk of the railway station, local pub, river and village shop! This newly renovated Victorian Barn with high ceilings and exposed beams offers a large living area with a small kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Barn, situated within our garden, benefits from its own entrance and is detached from the main house where we live. The Barn has a small courtyard garden for guest use in the summer.
