This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.
