The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

Old Dunsborough Studio

Enjoy a relaxing break in Dunsborough in this gorgeous, one bedroom self-contained studio. With it's own separate entry and outdoor area the studio is a private space from the main dwelling. It is a 5 minute walk to the pristine Old Dunsborough Beach. A 10 minute walk will get you to the centre of Dunsborough town to access the wide array of cafe's, restaurants and boutiques. If mountain biking is your thing - you are just a 5minute ride to the exciting Meelup Hills mountain bike tracks.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

This big, bright, private space in a separate area of the main house, has a new separate entry. The suite contains one queen bedroom, a big bathroom, a large living room with dining table, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!

Dunsborough Laneway Suite

The Laneway Suite is a private space, beautifully presented and designed for a comfortable getaway. It is located in a quiet area of Dunsborough and is a great launching pad for you to visit the stunning local beaches, restaurants, galleries and wineries. Whilst the Suite is attached to the main house it is your own private space with rear access and parking.
