From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The attic apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Towels are provided. In bedroom 1 there is a single bed of 200 x 100 cm and, if necessary, a folding bed of 200 x 90 cm for the 4th person. There's also a desk here. From this room there is a door to the balcony. In bedroom 2 there is a double bed with a size of 200 × 140 cm. A children's travel cot can be provided. Bedding is available.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
