Andrea’s place was clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped, there wasn’t anything we couldn’t find! The house was lovely and warm, two bathrooms were great for privacy and comfort. Would definitely stay again, thanks Andrea and Charlie :)

Our second time staying at Paula’s. We stayed longer this time and were able to really enjoy and appreciate everything it has to offer. It is such a bright and cheerful cottage with a large sunny deck which we utilised for morning coffee in the sun and bbq’s in the evening. We had family visit and grandchildren were able to explore the surroundings. They all felt they were on holiday even though they lived five minutes away. All this was enhanced by bird song and lavender. I would highly recommend.

Was beautiful view. Small but great size for my partner and I. Homely feeling to the place. Very convenient for us. Paul is always fast to reply and very contactable. We really appreciate being able to stay 5 weeks in this home. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great find. Very clean, homely, comfortable. Tony was very helpful and very prompt with responding. In a quiet residential part of Dunedin but easy access to town centre. Good parking as well. Recommend +++ Will return when in Dunedin next.

Second time staying in the building as 1st time around was great. Fabulous apartment, nice outlook, with lots of extra touches such as board games, books/ mags, first aid kit etc. Responsive host who advised we could check a little bit earlier. Highly recommended!

A perfect place to stay on the peninsula. 15 mins drive to central Dunedin and 5 mins to Port Chalmers. Just a short walk down to Sawyers Bay. Beautiful views. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

This place is an absolute gem, I can nothing but recommend it. The moment you get into the apartment you are home away from home. Everything you need is just there. Special thanks for the breakfast items and super furbished kitchen 🙏. Communication with Antonia & Jo super easy and very friendly. Had a great time at iD Fashion, everything just in walking distance. For sure, I‘ll be back!

We are definitely staying at this place again. Location is great and plenty of street parking. Free parking on Sunday!

Great place to work from for the week I was in Dunedin, close to city centre and amenities. Had everything I needed and then some. Plenty of on street parking and easy instructions to get into the house. I recommend staying here, Christine was responsive and gave great instructions.

Lovely place to stay for a few days. Warm and cosy, good size lounge area and well appointed kitchen. Nice bathroom, towels and body products. Good heating as it was chilly at night when we were there. No on site parking, but street parking across the road from the unit as advised. Walked to supermarket and lovely cafe. So nice that breakfast provisions were provided too. Would stay there again!

We had the most wonderful time at Sally’s and Keri’s place. It is located in beautiful surroundings, lots of nature and places to visit the sea and take a walk. The hot tub should win an award for “most beautiful view from a hot tub”. With unmatched hospitality, great breakfast and the friendliest dog we can not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for having us!

I stayed here in one of the coldest months of the year, and the room was a little cold at the beginning. However, Joyce was very helpful and and easy to talk to, and she provided an extra blanket, a better heater, and a winter cap which helped me immensely in coping with the temperature (in fact I didn't feel cold at all after that). Thank you so much.

This was my second stay at Jeanette's so that likely says it all. Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a short stay. Very comfy bed. Loved the view of the city and the 30 minute walk to the Octagon. For those without cars, the bus system is great.

Staying with John and his partner was a God send! No other places were available and John went over and above to make room for us to stay so we didn't need to stay in a shared dorm room at a backpackers. His place was clean, comfortable, and cute. We had our own rooms and bathroom. John even made a delicious plum cake with plums from his garden that he shared with us. He also had amazing food recommendations! We really enjoyed and hugely appreciated our stay.

As anticipated and expected from the photos, Quaint and funky, wonderful place at the end of the road. Margaret was friendly and helpful, she felt like a friend immediately on meeting her. A delightful few days away
