We spent a week there and it was lovely! Very clean space and cozy for 2 people, great location as well! The space has everything you need, you can tell the hosts are experienced in hospitality, highly recommend!

An excellent location for a getaway. Small but quaint room with everything you need. Close to restaurants, beaches, Pinellas trail, and shopping.

Nicely finished, very clean and well equipped. A very quiet location but only a short walk to town. Worked very well for us.

Jeremy's place is a condo at the Best Del Sol Resort in Dunedin, Fl. The pool and hot tub area is quiet and private, overlooking the ocean. Connected to the resort is the Marker 8 restaurant and bar with its vibrant atmosphere and party vibe. The space with its own private deck, gave us the privacy and sanctuary we were seeking after a busy day exploring the village of Dunedin. Just a short walk from the resort, is the Pinellas Trail, a paved trail used for walking, jogging and cycling that is safe, clean and welcoming. Free bicycles at the resort allowed us to enjoy the ride to the shops and restaurants in Dunedin or a stop to feed Brody, the pot bellied pig who lives close to the trail. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed and the thought that Jeremy has put into making the condo a great place to vacation and relax. We will definitely return to Dunedin and look forward to staying here again.

Such a cute place, felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Anthony was an awesome host, friendly, and responsive. I love the waterfront location and the surrounding area is great to walk or bike. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Perfectly located small Cozy apartment, just minutes away from all beaches, restaurants and night life. Nicely furnished , fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There were things I forgot to pack that were surprisingly stocked in the bathroom...like hair products, sun after care products and more! We felt right at home! I now have a new favorite instant coffee...Thanks to Hugo for supplying a variety of coffee, Expresso and teas. We'll definitely be back! Until next time....Good bye Casita😊

The accommodations were very nice very close to everything that we wanted to see our houses was often responded very quickly to anything we needed. I will definitely be coming back for a stay. I would recommend that you put a TV in the bedroom. Thank you so much, Michael.

William, is a cool and nice person. He communicated well, he helped my daughter with her bike, and he made her and myself feel safe and welcome. I appreciated all of his “pre-check-in” help, because I asked lots of questions. 😁. If we needed help with things, he was fabulous with assisting us. We didn’t know anything about Florida, besides the HEAT! My daughter loves the heat- I do NOT! When all is said and done, I appreciated how Will made my daughter feel welcomed to Florida. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The pictures were accurate. We were happy to find the washer and dry in the bathroom. We enjoying the screened in porch. I was impressed with the quality of kitchen. We mostly eat in and the kitchen had everything I always needed.

Location was easy to get to. Area was super quiet and peaceful. Central to all the activities we had planned. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Cristina was amazing! She gave us tons of recommendations of areas nearby to check out, and was super responsive and friendly! The apartment was super clean and cozy, the moment we walked through the door we felt right at home. 10/10 will stay again :))

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo during my vacation, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The condo is ideally situated just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for relaxing evenings. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the condo impeccably clean. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining their space. Fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and a well-organized kitchen made us feel right at home. The condo is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated the coffee maker for our morning brews! The living area was spacious and comfortable, with a smart TV that allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows after a long day of exploring.The hosts were fantastic! They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank You again!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
