You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Whether visiting for pleasure or working in the area Alasdair and Suzie look forward to welcoming you to the Scotia B&B. Note - there is no parking with this room. Parking is available within a 2 minute walk.

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed.
