Vacation rentals with beach access in Duna Verde

Wir waren 4 Schwestern die das Vergnügen hatten in Alessandros Unterkunft Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Die Unterkunft ist groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Alessandro hat uns jede Frage schnell beantwortet und sogar geholfen ein passendes Angebot für ein Ausflug nach Venedig zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen drauf nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

Die Wohnung liegt supergünstig an dem Meeresufer, mit guten Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Modern und großzügig eingerichtet, ruhige Lage in einer schönen Seitenstraße, eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Sehr viele Restaurants und Bars in Fußnähe. Giorgia war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen hat sie direkt geantwortet und geholfen. We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, great communication with hosts, best location in Venice. There is a pre-school across the alley, lively local activity in the Giovanni e Paolo square, local and tourist traffic on the canal right outside the windows (Google maps thinks you are in the canal!) In this location, you feel part of the real Venice. The apartment is spacious, the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and main bath are all very nice, the second bathroom is tiny. Excellent coffee machine, beautiful dishes and glasses, everything needed (and more) was available. The hosts provided a curated, very-accurate guide to Venice. We would definitely book again, thank you for a fantastic stay!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Perfect home to stay

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten inkl. Venedig in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber. Mattia war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Zwei Bäder waren Luxus für uns. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anzahl der Handtücher war top. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte auf dem Trampolin im Garten Spaß. In der Nähe waren viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein super Café in Cavallino und noch genug offene Restaurants trotz Nebensaison. Einzig die vielen Mücken waren etwas blöd draußen. Da waren die Fliegennetze in allen Fenstern super.

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Abbiamo passato due giorni piacevolissimi. L'alloggio è come da descrizione, spazioso e pulito e il servizio è stato ottimo, ma soprattutto ringraziamo Stefania per la disponibilità e la pazienza con il nostro vivacissimo cagnolino Joey!

Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Oase. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhäusschen mit Aussenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, enorm sauber und bietet mehr als die nötige Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert - gerne wieder 😁🇭🇷❤️.

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, privado, romántico, ideal para escapadas en pareja. Super cómodo y completo, incluye muchos detalles de cortesía que hacen la diferencia. El wifi funciona muy bien, el baño amplio y lindo, una decoración veneciana preciosa ♥️. La atención es increíble, nos han guiado con paciencia hasta nuestra llegada, nos han dado recomendaciones diarias para conocer este hermoso lugar, estamos agradecidos y felices Podes sentarse a disfrutar mirando el canal es algo que destaco mucho. Отличное расположение, чистая, уютная квартирка с приятным и функциональным балконом, достаточно места и для размещения вещей и для отдыха в целом. До моря 5 минут, все в пешей доступности. Хозяева квартиры очень добрые и приветливые, помогли уладить пару вопросов, за считанные минуты. Все настолько понравилось, что мы бы хотели вернуться туда еще раз, но уже в более теплое время, на пляжный сезон. Спасибо! ☺️

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.

Really enjoyed Marta’s place. She was very considerate and accommodated our needs after a long haul flight from Australia. The flat has a real charm as it integrates modern amenities architecturally with an a very old building. Whisper quiet yet close to the action of Canneregio. Close to train station and a manageable walk to San Marco and the sights. 👍
