The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location directly at the protected landscape area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the centre of the city and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in about 3 minutes. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. In our apartment equipped with much love you will feel comfortable 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, highway Düsseldorf 20min) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of 3,-€ per machine. There is a fully automatic coffee machine microwave in the kitchen. Spices , sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks available. When something is missing, I am always happy to help.

Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy, and caretaker in a person without whom there would be nothing going on here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We've had so many great guests, and look forward to seeing you soon! We observe the corona rules and clean particularly thoroughly. Sanitize. Check in by distance!
