Our house is located in a park-like garden of 7,000 m² and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can wonderfully unwind and relax here. The sandy beach can be reached quickly by car. By bike, it is about 30 minutes.

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Das freistehende Ferienhaus "Watt will man Meer" liegt am Duhner Naturschutzgebiet, in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und nahe zum Strand. Die Wohnfläche des Ferienhauses beträgt ca. 66 qm. Ein Hund kann mitgebracht werden, sollte aber bitte bei uns angemeldet werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher für den Gebrauch im Haus werden von uns gestellt; ebenso ein Starterpaket für die Küche. So könnt ihr den Urlaub mit einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee auf der Terrasse beginnen.

Heated via an air/water heat pump, supported by a PV system. Past the Wadden Sea visitor center, restaurants and cafes can be reached with a 10-minute beach walk. The Wernerwald offers variety to the beach, the unique heathland, climbing, kiting, swimming pools ... everything there!

The vacation rental is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 square meter apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.
