The apartment is almost 55m2 and is located on the main side in a tower of the so-called 'Columbus Center'. It was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2010.

Just 50 meters away is the fine Sahlenburg sandy beach, the World Heritage Wadden Sea with its salt marshes, sheep on the dikes and wonderful nature! This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with open kitchen (fully equipped), shower and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool (unfortunately not usable at the moment due to maintenance work), sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.

Vacation rental is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower,a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the apartment about 50 square meters. An elongated balcony belongs to the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for 17.50€ per person. You are also welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. An additional €25 per four-legged friend will be charged.

"Surfing Alpaca" apartment on the North Sea

Experience a nice time in the countryside. The farm is in an idyllic secluded location and is child-friendly. Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, cycle, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. At the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, surf and hike the mudflats. The garden invites you to linger with its various seating options. The apartment is managed by my mother Richarda.

From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.
