Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. This Penthouse Apartment is the perfect place for every season. The outdoor space with a dining and lounge area is ideal for dining in the sun light and enjoying even colder winter nights in the hot tub. Its location is perfect for exploring the beauty of central Dalmatia. It is located in Žrnovnica, which is a settlement within the city of Split. Cities like Omiš, Trogir and Makarska and beautiful beaches are all very near and approachable, especially if you are travelling with a car.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Villa Callista is a newly bulit in 2023. The Villa is suitable for a maximum of seven people (6+1 sofa bed). The Villa has two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a wc on the ground floor. The Villa is set behind a panoramic view of the sea. It has plenty of parking spaces. From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house
