The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The powerhouse is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
