Located near the Uintah Mountains , Flaming Gorge, Dinosaur National Monument , Ashley Valley National Park, and many other outdoor attractions. This mountain escape is equipped with 1 queen bed , 2 twin beds , and 1 queen sleeper sofa. So bring the family to town and unwind with us . Our goal is to provide the best at a fair price. Watch the magical morning and evening light paint the spectacular Northern cliffs. Walk to a great meal out at Balance Rock Eatery, or stay in and cook in the well equipped kitchen. This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

Historic 1911 Miner's Cottage - Winter Quarters

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming.
