Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

I am very happy I chose Papia's place. Easily accessible to amenities including metro. Travelling as a family with an infant and we found it child-friendly. Check-in and check-out process was smooth with helpful building security staff. Host was really flexible and considerate with very early-checkin and we are forever grateful. The property was stocked with snacks and important kitchen supplies to start us off. My wife liked the water purifier machine for drinking water. Balcony was great. I highly recommend the place

This place is a little more affordable than most places near the marina. It was clean and matched photos. Great location - 10 min walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the lovely marina walkway.

I’d say the apartment description here is just the cherry on cake . It has way more to offer for a stay than whats’ advertised. Special mention to Ravi for his state of the art hospitality and management skills + the attention to detail given in ensuring all amenities starting from basic kitchenettes to sanitaries to TV entertainments , all well equipped for anyone to simply move in and start living as if its home . PS: along with the GYM and pool, which might hv been better with an early start, there is a fully stocked grocery store right downstairs which I saw on the day of checkout only so just adding the info here in case it turns out to be helpful for future guests . Thanks Ravi . No doubt this would be my first pref the next time I touchdown dxb

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

The location is excellent, with plenty to do nearby. The place was clean, felt like home, and Liezl was very responsive and helpful.
