The house is directly adjacent to the forest where there is a rock labyrinth and the possibility of climbing the rocks. The surroundings of the house are very quiet, the neighbors are in sight but not nearby. In the surroundings you will find everything for your rest but also a number of sports activities, cycling, fishing, canoeing, hiking and more. In the winter season the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are two apartments for rent in the house, each with a separate entrance.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Jizera Cottages - Modřínek

Modřínek - a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a combination of comfort, nature and farm life. You will meet the sheep Bár, Růža and Dala. There is also llama-trekking, where you can walk through the local nature together with the llamas Bambuláček, Freya or Oliver - ideal fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, relaxation awaits you - a sauna by the river and a hot tub are included in the price of the stay, without extra charges. In summer, you can cool off in the river.

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.
